The talk, entitled "Walt Whitman's Writing Process: The Poet at Work in Brooklyn," will explore the writing process of the grandfather of American poetry, Walt Whitman. Based on his recent book, Collage of Myself: Walt Whitman and the Making of Leaves of Grass, Miller will use digital images of Whitman's manuscripts to reveal some startling discoveries he has made during his research. He will also share new discoveries in Whitman scholarship.
