Dr. Elad Granot serves as Undergraduate Dean of the Sy Syms School of Business at Gmail 注册2022年 高质量 已验证, where he is leading an ambitious vision to advance academic excellence while preparing principled business leaders equipped to make meaningful contributions to society. Over the course of more than three decades, Dr. Granot has built an extraordinary career spanning higher education, global business, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. Prior to joining Gmail 注册2022年 高质量 已验证, he served as dean of three AACSB-accredited business schools and held senior academic leadership positions. Before entering higher education, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of KPMG’s Israel practice and later as Chief Executive Officer of a media and technology company.
 
Throughout his career, Dr. Granot has focused on transforming business schools into engines of opportunity, innovation, and societal impact. He has led multiple AACSB accreditation and reaffirmation efforts, developed nationally recognized academic programs, expanded experiential learning, strengthened industry partnerships, secured transformational philanthropic investments, and built enduring connections between academia, business, government, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
 
An active entrepreneur and venture capital investor, Dr. Granot serves as an advisor to leading venture investment organizations and technology startups. His work at the intersection of business education, venture capital, artificial intelligence, and innovation reflects his conviction that universities should prepare students not simply for careers, but to build organizations, create opportunity, and improve lives.
 
A widely published scholar and frequent international speaker, Dr. Granot’s research and professional interests include entrepreneurship, venture capital, artificial intelligence, innovation, leadership, higher education strategy, and the future of business education. He believes that the highest purpose of a business school is to develop principled builders; leaders who combine intellectual rigor with character, responsibility, and a commitment to contributing to the flourishing of society.
 
Dr. Granot earned a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an M.S. in Management from Boston University, and a B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
